1. The Diamond Dance Center does NOT follow public school closings.

2. Please carefully follow your "DDC" calendar for holiday closings and other studio closing dates!!

3. We do NOT close the studio for inclement weather, unless absolutely necessary.

4. This year we will try to use the college closures as a “guideline” for when to cancel classes at the studio. This will be an experimental year for this policy. If the Harford Community College is closed, we will most likely be closed! Parents should check the website or call the studio for a final decision on ALL weather-related issues.

5. There will be one inclement weather closure allowance for each day of the week that will NOT be made up or rescheduled. After one weather-related cancellation, the DDC will make every effort to schedule a make-up day for the classes missed. However, due to scheduling restraints this may not be possible in all cases. NO REFUNDS will be given for these cancelled classes.

6. Dancers may schedule a make-up in other classes that are level appropriate with instructor approval in advance. Make-up classes will NOT be scheduled during observation weeks, costume weeks, or weeks being utilized for choreography instruction.
